Revive! Provides businesses comprehensive remote, secure, file and systems backup for any and all computer systems in the business - including desktops.
Staff or administrators with authorisation can securely recover individual files, folders or volumes of data.
How it works:
- Secure remote backup software is configured on the customer equipment to be backed up
- An initial data or complete system backup is made across a WAN to the ZeroOne Revive Management Centre (RMC)
- All changes to the primary data is replicated to the RMC on a scheduled basis (Usually daily, but can be more often if required)
- Restoration / Return to Service
Data restoration:
Authenticated access to a web-based data management console is provided to end-users or systems administrators. This console provides access to the backed-up data. Individual files, folders or entire volumes can be restored securely back across the internet to the original data source.
Full desktop or server restoration:
ZeroOne Technician restores everything to a virtual machine running at the RMC
ZeroOne Technician configures sufficient remote virtual desktops for staff to login to interim application services for the failed customer desktop machine or server.
